Receptionist
We are a small Firm in Sandy practicing in Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury Law. We are looking to hire a full-time Legal Receptionist to welcome clients and answer incoming calls. Other expected daily tasks include scheduling appointments and managing mail and deliveries. You may also be required to assist with filing.
Legal Assistant
We are looking for a skilled Legal Assistant to join our Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury Law Firm. The successful candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process including depositions, witness preparation, building exhibits, briefs, motions, and investigative records review as needed. This is a newly added position due to the growth in caseload. Candidate will work very closely with current Paralegal in the department. We see ourselves as family here at Mesch Clark Rothschild and we are looking for the next valued team member to join us.
First-Year Associate
We are a small Firm in Sandy practicing in Family Law, Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Law. We are looking to hire a full-time Associate Attorney with 0-2 years of experience to replace one of our wonderful associates that is moving on to bigger and better things. Depending on the aptitude and experience of the successful candidate we will assign cases from our personal injury, general civil litigation and family law practice areas. The successful candidate will have excellent computer, communication (both written and verbal), proofreading, research, and time management skills. In order to be successful in our firm you must possess an ability to be an effective team member and interact with paralegals, staff, and clients. This is a great opportunity for a hard working individual with the ability to learn and grown within our firm by taking their practice to the next level.
3-5 Year Family Law Associate Attorney
We constantly monitor the caseloads of our attorneys and they are getting too big so it is time to bring in more help. We are a small Firm in Sandy practicing in Family Law, Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Law. We are looking to hire 1-2 full-time Associate Attorneys to help with our growing case loads in our family law practice area. (we are also looking for more help in our Personal Injury Practice, so if that is more to your taste apply to that position). We are looking for someone that has handled divorce and custody matters from the initial meeting with clients through trial and is familiar with both how to litigate these matters and the general climate of family law in the Salt Lake Market. While we are looking for someone with experience, we are also willing to help train someone with analogous experience.
3-5 Year Personal Injury Associate Attorney
We constantly monitor the caseloads of our attorneys and they are getting too big so it is time to bring in more help. We are a small Firm in Sandy practicing in Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury Law. We are looking to hire 1-2 full-time Associate Attorneys to help with our growing caseloads in our personal injury practice areas. We are looking for someone that has handled both claims and litigation in personal injury but is also willing to help train someone with analogous experience.
